Yellow Beet's roots begin in 2015 when Toledo, Ohio was listed among cities labeled "The Worst Place to Start a Business." Since 2015, we've been on an urgent mission to empower business owners in Toledo and beyond to conquer their obstacles head-on.
Yellow Beet has not only been dedicated to empowering individual entrepreneurs but also to strengthening entire business ecosystems. Recognizing the importance of organizations that support businesses, we extend our services to assist them in finding more entrepreneurs to collaborate with and enhancing the impact of their client services.

Kenny Farrar, Managing Director
Kenny Farrar serves as Managing Director of Yellow Beet. Kenny has been dedicated to assisting businesses since 2015 and remains committed to his mission of making the biggest impact possible. Initially helping food service companies boost their revenue through online tools, Kenny quickly became a valuable resource for businesses spanning many industries.
Kenny has extended his expertise globally, assisting clients from New York to Sydney, Australia with the same energy and urgency that fueled the creation of Yellow Beet. Over the course of five years (2019-2024), Farrar worked with JumpStart Inc. to help entrepreneurs in his region gain easier access to capital, resources, and valuable connections. This experience broadened his understanding of the diverse needs of entrepreneurs and also fortified his ability to create impactful solutions for improving business landscapes.
Adrian Gaxiola, Senior Consultant, Project Management
Adrian Gaxiola serves as Senior Consultant of Project Management at Yellow Beet. Adrian brings over a decade of proven expertise in steering projects to success. As a Certified Online Business Manager, she understands the intricacies of managing and growing successful online businesses, streamlining operations, optimizing workflows, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
Outside of work, she is happily married with two adult children and shares her home with three adorable cats. A true crime enthusiast, she also loves exploring museums and historical sites.
